Just a quick note to all - Horse Thiefs are targeting Renfrewshire and Ayrshire, been plaiting manes and tails on horses to be stolen. A white transit van with no number plates has been seen acting suspiciously in Ayrshire. 1 horse with plaited mane was in a field 10 mins from Rowallan
